Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured English language training — IELTS, TOEFL, Business English, and Professional Communication
- Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, and assessments
- Track attendance, participation, and performance of each cohort member
- Maintain training records in Notion and report progress to Jestlin and HR
- Uphold a professional, disciplined, and motivating training environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or related field
- Minimum 0-1 year of experience in English language training or teaching
- Strong communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
- Ability to assess and provide constructive feedback to trainees
- Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
- Patient, encouraging, and professional in approach
