About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding
- Drive end-to-end recruitment processes with creativity and efficiency.
- Conduct reference checks and background verifications.
- Manage onboarding and orientation to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.

Performance Management
- Lead and maintain the performance appraisal process.
- Support managers in setting goals, reviewing performance, and providing constructive feedback.

Training & Development
- Identify employee training needs in collaboration with department heads.
- Design and coordinate learning programs to foster continuous growth.

Employee Relations & Engagement
- Be the go-to person for employee queries, concerns, and HR policies.
- Promote a positive work culture through engagement initiatives and open communication.
- Handle employee grievances professionally and confidentially.

Administration & Compliance




- Oversee administrative processes and ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.

Experience & Industry Focus
- 4-7 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in system integration, software development, sales, SCM, accounts, or HR domains.
- Proven expertise in recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
