Role: Production Manager

Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Sc / M.Sc

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute day-to-day production activities to ensure timely achievement of production targets and operational efficiency.
- Supervise manufacturing operations while ensuring adherence to approved formulations, batch processes, SOPs, GMP guidelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate closely with R&D;, QA, QC, and Stores departments for smooth production planning, material availability, and process execution.
- Monitor production schedules, manpower allocation, machine utilization, and workflow to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Ensure proper maintenance of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), production logs, and all related documentation with complete accuracy and compliance.
- Lead and manage shop-floor operations by maintaining discipline, hygiene, safety practices, and effective team coordination.




- Identify process improvements and support continuous enhancement in production efficiency, quality, and cost optimization.
- Utilize Pharmacloud or similar ERP systems for production tracking, reporting, documentation, and operational monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support audits, validations, and internal quality checks whenever required.

Skills & Requirements
- Robust understanding of pharmaceutical/cosmetic manufacturing processes and formulations.
- Good knowledge of GMP, SOPs, documentation practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven experience in production planning, manpower handling, and team management.
- Ability to manage multiple production activities under timelines and operational pressure.
- Hands-on experience with Pharmacloud or similar ERP/software systems will be preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,
