Welcome and assist customers professionally in the showroom
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Explain product features, sizes, fabric, offers, and advantages
- Maintain good customer relationships for repeat business
- Handle billing, POS systems, and cash transactions
- Ensure proper display and visual merchandising of products
- Maintain store cleanliness and stock arrangement
- Monitor stock availability and inform the inventory team
- Handle customer complaints and provide quick resolutions
- Promote ongoing offers, discounts, and loyalty programs
- Follow company grooming and customer service standards
- Coordinate with the store manager for daily operations
- Maintain sales reports and customer records
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
