Key Responsibilities:
- Handle APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans & quality documentation
- Conduct in-process audits and monitor production quality
- Manage SPC, MSA, gauge calibration & corrective actions
- Handle supplier quality, SCARs & customer complaints
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 & IATF 16949 standards
- Use quality tools like 8D, CAPA & 7 QC tools for problem-solving
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA & CAPA
- Experience with measuring instruments like Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge & Profile Projector
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Experience in manufacturing quality workplace preferred
Pay: ₹10,672.60 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sanand, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
