Responsible for supervising on-site carpentry and furniture installation work, ensuring smooth execution of wooden projects as per drawings, quality standards, and deadlines.

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily carpentry and woodwork activities at site
- Manage carpenters, helpers, and labor team
- Allocate work based on drawings and project requirements
- Ensure quality control in cutting, fitting, assembly, and finishing
- Monitor material usage and reduce wastage
- Ensure timely completion of site tasks and production targets
- Maintain discipline, safety, and work efficiency at site
- Coordinate with management and provide daily progress updates

Required Skills:
- Robust experience in carpentry / furniture / woodwork industry
- Knowledge of site execution and furniture installation
- Ability to read basic drawings and measurements
- Team handling and supervision skills
- Familiarity with carpentry tools and machines (saw, planer, drill, router, etc.)
- Problem-solving ability on-site
- Good coordination and communication skills

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
