Job Overview: Quality Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning and Execution: Create, review, and execute test cases based on software requirements and design documents.
- Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify and report defects/bugs in the software, ensuring they are documented clearly and reproducibly.
- Regression Testing: Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes have not negatively impacted existing functionality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure testing meets expectations.
- Test Case Management: Manage test case execution and track the status of defects in the bug tracking system (e.g., Jira).
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive test logs and reports, highlighting areas for improvement or potential risk in the software.
- Test Environments Setup: Set up and maintain test environments to ensure the accuracy of test results.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process improvements in testing methodology, reporting, and overall software quality.





Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1-2 year of experience in manual software testing.
- Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle).
- Good knowledge of bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla, Azure devops).
- Hands-on experience in writing and executing test cases and test scenarios.
- Basic understanding of database testing (SQL queries).
- Ability to perform regression testing, functional testing, usability testing, and integration testing.
- Robust attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium) is a plus but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
