Position: Primary Hindi Teacher
Grades: PP1 to Grade V
Location: School Campus
Department: Academics
Reporting To: Principal / Academic Coordinator
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective Hindi lessons aligned with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Teach Hindi language skills, including vocabulary, grammar, reading, writing, pronunciation, and communication.
- Create an interactive and joyful classroom environment suitable for young learners.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.
- Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments and classroom activities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive student behaviour.
- Support students in improving language fluency and confidence in Hindi.
- Participate in school activities, cultural events, assemblies, and Hindi-related competitions.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student performance and development.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and progress reports.
Required Qualifications
- B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. preferred.
- Prior teaching experience in primary classes is an added advantage.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young children.
Skills Required:
- Good command of the Hindi language and grammar.
- Creative teaching methods and an activity-based learning approach.
- Patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for teaching children.
- Basic computer knowledge for online/offline teaching support.
- Ability to handle students from PP1 to Grade V effectively.
- Energetic, child-friendly, and committed to academic excellence.
- Team player with positive interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹9,658.46 - ₹33,901.46 per month
