About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Publish and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience engagement professionally
- Write engaging captions and short-form content aligned with the brand tone
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and content creators for social media creatives
- Assist with influencer collaborations and outreach campaigns
- Track post performance using analytics and scheduling tools
- Support paid social media campaigns through asset uploads and quality checks
- Stay updated with social media trends,



viral content, and platform updates
- Maintain content calendars, posting schedules, and campaign timelines
- Prepare reports on engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth

Skills & Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok
- Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar platforms
- Good copywriting and communication skills
- Basic creative/designing skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
- Understanding of social media analytics, KPIs, and campaign performance
- Strong personality with professional communication and presentation skills
- Good dressing sense and confidence while representing the brand
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Creative mindset with strong attention to trends and aesthetics
