About the Role
We are looking for an Operations Intern to support our day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel and have basic hands-on experience with online marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day e-commerce and marketplace operations.
Coordinate and follow up on orders, shipments, inventory, and deliveries.
Update and maintain operational data in Excel/Google Sheets.
Monitor marketplace orders, cancellations, returns, and other operational activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace/courier partners for smooth operations.
Prepare basic reports and maintain accurate records.




Identify operational issues and coordinate for timely resolution.
Requirements
6 months – 1 year of experience in operations/e-commerce/marketplace operations.
Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
Valuable communication and follow-up skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work with data.
Willingness to learn and take ownership of operational tasks.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of order management, inventory, returns, and shipments.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced e-commerce environment.
