Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Revenue Analyst role based in Mumbai.

The Revenue

Analyst will monitor and analyze room revenue, occupancy trends, and market demand to optimize pricing and inventory across The Byke’s hotel portfolio.

Responsibilities include preparing regular revenue performance reports, supporting budget and forecast processes, and recommending rate strategies for different channels and segments. The role involves close collaboration with sales, finance,



and operations teams to align revenue initiatives with overall business goals.

The Revenue

Analyst will also review revenue recognition practices, support audits, and contribute to process improvements that enhance profitability and data accuracy.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, trend analysis, and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of finance and accounting principles relevant to hospitality operations.
- Understanding of revenue recognition standards and best practices.
- Effective communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights.
- Proficiency in Excel and hotel revenue or property management systems; familiarity with BI tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field; skilled certifications in revenue management or hospitality finance are a plus.
- Prior experience in revenue analysis, pricing, or financial analysis within hospitality or a related industry is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
