Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Retired Municipal Officer to support facility and property management operations for a premium developer. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of municipal procedures, statutory compliance, government coordination, property-related approvals and facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with municipal authorities and government departments for project and facility-related matters.
- Handle municipal documentation, permissions, approvals and statutory requirements.
- Support property and facility teams in maintaining regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with local authorities for inspections, notices and compliance-related matters.
- Assist management in resolving municipal and civic issues related to the property.
- Maintain proper records of licenses, permissions, approvals and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, facility teams and external agencies.
- Monitor property-related civic services such as water, drainage, sanitation and waste management.
- Support smooth operation and maintenance of premium residential/commercial facilities.
- Advise management on applicable municipal rules, procedures and compliance requirements.
- Handle follow-ups with government offices and ensure timely closure of pending matters.
- Identify potential compliance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
