Sales Manager – Men’s Apparel Retail

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Manager to manage our men’s apparel retail store at Kuniyamathore. The candidate will be responsible for achieving store sales targets, managing the sales team, maintaining store standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store targets.
- Monitor staff performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
- Allocate daily duties and responsibilities to the sales team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain proper product display, folding, replenishment, and store presentation.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Conduct daily team briefings and communicate sales targets.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and discipline.
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
- Analyze sales performance and implement plans to improve sales.
- Ensure all company policies and store operating procedures are followed.
- Support the training and development of new team members.




- Coordinate with the Cluster Manager / Operations Team for store requirements.

Requirements
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
- Previous experience in apparel / fashion retail is preferred.
- Experience as a Sales Manager, Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, or Senior Sales Executive will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and result-focused.
- Basic knowledge of men’s fashion and apparel products.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and during peak sales periods.

Qualification
- Plus Two / Degree or equivalent.
- Candidates with relevant retail experience will be preferred.
