- Conduct scheduled and surprise audits across dark stores.
- Verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies in physical vs. system stock.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, operational processes, and safety standards.
- Audit inbound, outbound, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch operations.
- Monitor shrinkage, damages, expiries, and inventory losses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare audit reports with findings, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendations.
- Follow up on audit observations and ensure timely closure of action items.
- Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to improve compliance.
- Track key audit metrics and share periodic reports with stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
