Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greet customers, understand requirements, and provide product recommendations Order Handling: Take orders accurately and ensure timely billing and delivery Cash & POS Operations: Process payments (cash/card/UPI) using POS systems Product Knowledge: Explain menu items, offers, and combos to drive sales Upselling: Suggest add-ons and promotions to increase order value Complaint Handling: Resolve customer queries/issues politely and efficiently Store Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness of counter, display, and service area Stock Support: Assist in replenishment and basic inventory checks Team Coordination: Work with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations
