Sales Executive / Design Consultant – Home Furnishing Store

- Handle walk-in customers at the home furnishing showroom.

- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.

- Provide design suggestions based on customer preferences, space, and budget.

- Generate leads, prepare quotations, and convert enquiries into sales.

- Maintain robust customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Coordinate with design, installation, and operations teams for smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Handling & Sales:

- Attend and engage with walk-in customers professionally.

- Understand requirements for curtains, blinds, wallpapers, upholstery, interiors, and other home furnishing solutions.

- Explain product features, pricing, and benefits.

- Conduct product demonstrations and closing discussions.

- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Lead Generation & Follow-up





- Generate leads through customer interactions, referrals, and showroom enquiries.

- Prepare and share quotations with customers.

- Follow up on pending leads through calls and WhatsApp.

- Maintain an updated customer database and track enquiries.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Provide timely responses to customer queries.

- Ensure a smooth buying experience and high customer satisfaction.

Coordination & Operations

- Coordinate with design, installation, and operations teams.

- Manage client visits and product demonstrations.

- Follow up on orders and ensure smooth execution.

- Maintain proper showroom presentation and product displays.
