About the Role

We are looking for a young, dynamic, presentable, and experienced Restaurant/Café Manager who can independently manage complete restaurant operations while actively driving sales growth, customer satisfaction, and profitability.

This is a leadership role for someone who takes complete ownership of the business — not just a Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage complete floor operations and team management
- Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure food quality, taste, presentation, and pass checks
- Ensure quick service and an excellent guest experience
- Monitor and achieve daily and monthly sales targets
- Track sales performance and operational dashboards
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, discipline, training, and performance
- Control stock, inventory, wastage, and food costs
- Manage online food delivery operations and platforms
- Handle billing, cash management, and daily closing reports
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and service
- Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure quick resolution




- Plan and execute offers, promotions, and marketing activities to increase footfall
- Focus on upselling, repeat customers, and overall sales growth
- Control operational costs and continuously improve profitability

Candidate Profile : The ideal candidate should have -

- Strong leadership and team-management skills
- Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities
- A hands-on, sales-oriented, and result-driven mindset
- Experience in independently managing restaurant or café operations
- Strong understanding of sales, inventory, food costs, and profitability
- The ability to take ownership and solve operational challenges proactively

We need a Manager who takes ownership — not just a Supervisor. ⚡ Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
