Role Overview

Healthy Jeena Sikho is looking for a technically skilled and customer-centric Respiratory Expert to handle installation, demonstration, servicing, troubleshooting, and customer support for respiratory care equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and demonstrate BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, and Sleep Study.
- Explain product features, operation, and usage to customers in a simple and easy-to-understand manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product-related guidance and support.
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform basic repair, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Handle servicing and repair of ResMed, Topsill, and BMC respiratory devices.
- Conduct equipment checks to ensure proper functioning and performance.
- Coordinate with the technical/internal team for major repairs, replacements, or complex technical issues.
- Maintain records of installations, servicing, repairs, and customer feedback.
- Follow up with customers regarding service and maintenance requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, accessories, availability, and service status. Ensure proper handling, storage, and upkeep of equipment.
- Follow company procedures and safety standards for equipment handling and servicing.
- Travel locally when required for installation, servicing, and customer support

Required Skills

- Practical knowledge of BiPAP, CPAP, Oxygen Concentrators, and Sleep Study.
- Hands-on experience in medical/respiratory equipment servicing and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of repair and servicing of ResMed,



Topsill, and BMC devices.
- Solid customer-handling and communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical product information to customers clearly and confidently.
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on understanding and resolving customer concerns.
- Ability to identify basic technical faults and carry out repairs.
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of equipment and accessory inventory
- Good to Have
- Knowledge or hands-on experience with ventilators will be an added advantage.
- Experience with other respiratory or critical-care equipment.
- Experience working with medical equipment service/support teams. Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, Nursing, Respiratory Care, or a relevant technical/healthcare field.
- Prior experience in respiratory, medical-device, or healthcare equipment servicing is preferred
