Job Role

- Sales Manager – Residential Painting

- Manage residential painting projects across Delhi, Chennai, and Bangalore.

- Conduct site surveys and assess customers’ painting requirements.

- Take accurate site measurements and understand the scope of work.

- Prepare and submit quotations based on customer requirements.

- Follow up with customers for quotation approval and order confirmation.

- Coordinate with customers after approval to plan project execution.

- Plan and coordinate painting teams, manpower, and required materials.

- Supervise painting work at the site and monitor daily progress.

- Ensure projects are completed within the committed timelines.

- Maintain required quality standards throughout the project.

- Handle customer queries, concerns, and project-related issues.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

- Monitor workmanship, finishing, and overall project quality.

- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Follow up with customers after completion and obtain positive reviews.

Key Responsibilities
