About the Role
Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain company social media platforms

Create engaging content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other digital platforms

Assist in creating posts, reels, captions, stories, scripts, and social media campaigns

Write scripts for reels, promotional videos, and short-form content

Research trending topics, hashtags, viral content ideas, and market trends

Schedule, publish, and optimize social media content regularly

Monitor audience engagement, insights, and platform performance

Support branding, marketing, and digital promotion activities

Coordinate with internal teams for content planning and execution

Maintain consistency in brand voice, design, and online communication

Contribute creative ideas for audience growth and brand awareness
Required Skills:




Basic understanding of social media platforms and current trends

Strong creativity, communication, and script writing skills

Positive written and verbal communication abilities

Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, or similar editing/design tools

Understanding of Instagram Reels, LinkedIn content, and short-form video content

Creative storytelling and content ideation skills

Strong learning attitude and adaptability

Time management and teamwork skills

Creative thinking with a personal branding mindset
Preferred Skills

Experience in social media handling, content creation, or script writing

Basic graphic designing or video editing knowledge

Familiarity with social media analytics and engagement strategies

Understanding of branding and digital marketing concepts

Personal content creation experience is an added advantage
