Job Title: Tender Executive

Salary Range: ₹12,000 - ₹22,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify relevant tenders from portals like GEM, e-tender websites, etc.
- Prepare, review, and submit tender documents as per requirements
- Handle complete tender lifecycle from identification to submission
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and commercial documents
- Ensure all tender submissions are accurate and within deadlines
- Maintain records of all tenders, submissions, and updates
- Follow up on submitted tenders and track results
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and company policies
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of GEM portal and e-tendering process
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Good communication skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 2-4 years of experience as a Tender Executive
- Experience in healthcare or medical equipment industry is a plus
