The Collection Officer will be responsible for managing overdue loan accounts, ensuring timely recoveries, and maintaining robust customer communication while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via calls, messages, and other channels to follow up on overdue payments.
- Ensure timely collection of EMI payments from delinquent customers.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
