Summary of the role:The R2R Associate will be responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. This includes maintaining the general ledger, preparing month-end and year-end close activities, and ensuring all financial records align with company policies and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP). The position is a vital part of our global Finance Transformation initiative and will contribute to process standardization, automation, and improvements within the R2R function.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General Ledger Management: Maintain the integrity of the general ledger by posting and reconciling entries in compliance with the Group’s policies and accounting standards. Fixed Assets: Identify & capitalize fixed assets, maintain fixed assets register along with relevant documentation of the additions. Prepare and deliver timely and accurate management reporting related to Fixed assets. Run depreciation schedules. Prepayment: Ensure that prepayment amortizations are accounted for in timely and accurate manner.



Maintain prepayment schedules. Payroll Accounting: Posting payroll journals on monthly basis. Maintaining reconciliation of all payroll clearing accounts and ensuring the balances reflected are true & correct. Month-End Close: Execute month-end (and year-end) close processes, including: Preparation of journal entries; Preparation of accruals and deferrals schedules; Completion of balance sheet and all other reconciliations. Financial Reporting: Prepare and deliver timely and accurate financial statements, P&L; reports, balance sheets and other management reports; Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and applicable international accounting standards, in particular IFRS. Stakeholder Management: Liaise with various stakeholders including FP&A;, Financial Controllers, Treasury, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable teams to support business objectives and provide financial insights.
