Key Responsibilities

Deliver result-oriented classroom sessions aligned with NEET pattern
- Simplify complex concepts into easy-to-understand frameworks

Train students in:
- MCQ solving techniques
- Time management
- Exam temperament

Conduct: Daily practice sessions Weekly tests Full-length mock analysis Identify weak students early and provide targeted support Maintain strict classroom discipline and focus Collaborate with academic team for: Content planning Test design Performance tracking

Performance Metrics (Non-negotiable) -Student improvement in test scores -Student feedback and retention -Completion of syllabus on schedule -Contribution to top ranks / selections This is not a “teaching job” — it’s a results job

Required Skills -Strong command over NEET syllabus and exam trends -Ability to teach fast without losing clarity (critical for crash courses)



-Expertise in MCQ-based teaching methodology -Strong classroom control and communication skills -Ability to handle mixed-level students

Disqualifiers -Casual approach to teaching -Poor discipline or inconsistent attendance -Lack of accountability for student performance -Inability to adapt to fast-paced programs

Pay: ₹9,604.01 - ₹35,000.00 per month
