Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Travel Agent to manage end-to-end travel arrangements for clients. The role requires robust communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in rotational night shifts.

Shift Details
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week
- Shift Timings:
- 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM
- 7:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Roles & Responsibilities
- Plan and sell transportation, accommodation, travel insurance, and other travel services
- Provide guidance on travel destinations, itineraries, and holiday packages
- Book flights, hotels, tours, and activities as per client requirements
- Handle client queries, complaints, and travel-related emergencies promptly
- Stay updated with travel trends, regulations, visa requirements, and promotional offers
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoices, and payments
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences
- Deliver high-quality customer service and meet sales targets

Requirements:




- Proven work experience as a Travel Agent or similar travel consultant role
- Strong knowledge of travel booking software and GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.)
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple bookings
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts

Eligibility
- Any Graduate
- Diploma/Certification in Tourism, Travel, or Hospitality (preferred)

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
