Job Title: F&B; Executive

Job Summary:
The F&B; Executive is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of food and beverage service, ensuring excellent guest satisfaction, maintaining service standards, and supporting revenue generation. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring quality service, and coordinating between kitchen and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management

Supervise daily F&B; service operations (restaurant, bar, banquet, room service).

Ensure smooth coordination between kitchen and service staff.

Maintain high standards of service quality and hygiene.

Monitor table setup, service flow, and guest handling.

2. Guest Service

Ensure exceptional guest experience and satisfaction.

Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Build rapport with guests and encourage repeat business.

3. Team Supervision

Train, guide, and motivate service staff.

Conduct daily briefings and allocate duties.

Monitor staff performance and grooming standards.

4. Sales & Revenue





Upsell food and beverage items to maximize revenue.

Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Suggest promotional activities and special offers.

5. Inventory & Cost Control

Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies.

Assist in inventory management and stock audits.

Reduce wastage and control operational costs.

6. Compliance & Hygiene

Ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI guidelines).

Maintain cleanliness in service areas.

Follow company policies and SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

2-5 years of experience in F&B; service.

Solid communication and interpersonal skills.

Leadership and team management ability.

Knowledge of POS systems and billing.

Customer-focused and result-oriented.
