Responsibilities:
Telecalling (Primary Role):
- Call prospective students/parents from provided data
- Explain courses (NEET/JEE) and convert leads into admissions:
- Maintain proper call records and lead status

Admin Work:
- Handle front desk and student inquiries at the institute:
- Maintain student records, attendance, and basic documentation




- Coordinate with teachers and marketing team
- Manage daily office operations smoothly
- Assist in admission process and fee coordination
- Good communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi required, English basic)
- 1-3 years experience in telecalling/admin (education preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp, etc.)
- Polite, organized, and responsible personality
- Ability to handle parents and students confidently

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
