Key Responsibilities:
- Fleet Maintenance: Overseeing daily vehicle maintenance, arranging repairs, and performing safety inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Planning routes, scheduling daily deliveries/pickups, and ensuring on-time delivery of goods to customers.
- Team Management: Recruiting, training, and supervising drivers and support staff to maintain high safety and performance standards.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintaining vehicle records, ensuring compliance with transport regulations (e.g., FMCSA), and managing driver documentation.
- Cost Management: Monitoring transport budgets and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and optimize operations.
- Safety Enforcement: Enforcing safety standards, reducing risks of vehicle overloading, and ensuring compliance with safety policies.




- Stakeholder Communication: Coordinating with manufacturing, warehouse staff, and external logistics vendors to ensure smooth operations. Go Construct +9

Key Requirements:
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of transportation industry regulations, Logistics management, and supply chain processes.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience in transportation management software.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
