Job description:
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who can manage planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns to drive visible measurable results such as leads, sales, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
- Optimize ads for better ROI, CTR, CPC, and conversions
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives,



copies, and landing pages
- Monitor daily performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports
- Track conversions using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and GTM
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective spending
- Work closely with the creative and content teams for high-performing ads
- Identify audience insights and scaling opportunities

Requirements:
- Strong understanding of performance marketing funnels
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Analytical mindset with data interpretation skills
- Basic knowledge of SEO, CRO, and landing page optimization
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of Google & Meta ads, social media, SEO, and campaign reporting
- Must be based in or near Dwarka, Delhi
- Self-motivated, responsible, and outcome-oriented
