Job Role:
We are hiring a Safety Officer for our copper component manufacturing unit to ensure workplace safety, statutory compliance, and a solid safety culture on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act & safety regulations:
- Conduct safety audits, inspections & risk assessments:
- Implement SOPs & work permits (Hot Work, Confined Space, etc.)
- Monitor PPE usage & shop floor safety practices:
- Conduct safety trainings & toolbox talks:
- Investigate incidents/accidents and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree + Industrial Safety Certification (ADIS/NEBOSH):
- 3-7 years experience in manufacturing (metal/copper/steel preferred):
- Strong knowledge of EHS & shop floor safety

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
