Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
- Help customers choose clothing based on their needs and preferences
- Maintain product knowledge (sizes, fabrics, styles, pricing)
- Handle billing and payments (cash, UPI, card, etc.)
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Manage stock and report low inventory
- Achieve daily/weekly sales targets
- Handle customer queries and complaints effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
- Prior retail or garment store experience preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of fashion trends
- Ability to work flexible hours (weekends/festivals)
- Honest, punctual, and hardworking
