Job Title: Ecommerce Executive (Amazon Marketplace Specialist)

Job Summary

The Ecommerce Executive will oversee and optimize Amazon US Marketplace operations, drive sales growth, improve account performance, and support junior team members. This role requires deeper platform expertise and solid analytical skills.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations of Amazon US marketplaces.
- Optimize product listings for SEO, conversion rate, and visibility
- Monitor and improve account health, quality scores, and performance metrics
- Lead inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies
- Handle escalations related to account issues, listing suppressions, or policy violations
- Analyze sales data, traffic, and conversion metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all marketplace policies and best practices
- Monitor account health metrics (ODR, late shipment rate, cancellation rate)
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing updates, promotions, and content changes




- Generate daily/weekly performance reports (sales, inventory, listings)

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2 years of strong Amazon US marketplace experience
- Advanced knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Seller Center, or similar platforms
- Experience with listing optimization, inventory planning, and account health management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
- Experience with ecommerce tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout, etc. - preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
