Position Details:
Designation: Sales Manager/ Sales Officer/ Sales Executive - Home Loans Department: Sales / Acquisition Reports To: CEO/ Head of Retail

Type: Full time, Field Sales

Responsibilities:
- Source new customers for home loans through field visits, referrals, and tie-ups with builders, property dealers, and real estate agents. (Open Market Sourcing)
- EMI Calculation, and Foyer Knowledge.
- Meet potential clients to understand their financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Achieve assigned sales and disbursement targets.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation of loan files.




- Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with leads and ensure timely conversion.

---Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Minimum Graduate (any discipline).
- Experience: 5 -10 years in sales (preferably in financial products, real estate, or banking).

Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Understanding of home loan products and processes.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Self-motivated and proactive.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
