Following solid recent growth, we are strengthening our HR team to support continued development and expansion.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager on contractual basisto lead the end-to-end implementation of Darwin box Human resources Management System (HRMS)across the organization. This is a 12-month contract role wherein you will be responsible for implementing and deploying and optimizing all Darwin box modules while building dashboards, managing data migration from legacy systems, and ensuring seamless adoption across all HR functions.

Cactus Life Sciences is a remote-first organization, and we embrace an "accelerate from anywhere culture". You may be required to travel based on business requirements or for company/team events.

Job responsibilities:




- Lead end-to-end implementation of Darwin box HRMIS across all modules (Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management, Learning & Development, Time & Attendance, Payroll)
- Configure system settings, workflows, approval hierarchies, and automation rules for multi-country operations with compliance requirements
- Own data migration strategy from existing systems and ensure data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance
- Design and build custom dashboards, reports, and analytics frameworks to support HR decision-making
- Partner with HRMIS POC and functional HR leaders (TA, HRBP, HR Operations) to gather requirements and facilitate workshops
- Lead change management activities to drive user adoption while functional POCs manage training within their teams
- Own project timelines, deliverables, risk mitigation, and create comprehensive documentation
- Deliver a fully functional system with effective process workflows and high user adoption
