A Computer Operator is responsible for handling computer systems, managing data entry tasks, monitoring system performance, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of computer-related activities within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

Knowledge of GEM Portal (mandatory)

Operate and monitor computer systems and networks

Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

Process documents, reports, and files as required

Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues

Ensure proper functioning of printers, scanners, and other peripherals

Maintain backups and ensure data security

Update and maintain databases regularly

Follow company procedures for system operations and security

Required Skills & Qualifications

Higher Secondary / Diploma / Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good typing speed and accuracy

Robust attention to detail

Experience Required : 1-3 years Experience

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
