Hacoalke View Resort Kumbalangi is a hospitality-focused property committed to delivering excellent guest experience, smooth daily operations, and professional service standards.

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Receptionist who can manage front office operations, handle guest requirements, and support day-to-day resort operations with accountability and professionalism.

Job Summary

The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations, guest check-in and check-out, customer service, and coordination of daily resort activities.

The role requires strong hospitality experience, professional communication, and the ability to handle guests with care while ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Office & Guest Handling
- Welcome and assist guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Handle guest check-in and check-out smoothly
- Manage front desk operations and guest enquiries
- Ensure guest comfort and satisfaction at all times




- Coordinate guest requirements with resort team

Daily Operations Accountability
- Support day-to-day resort operations and coordination
- Ensure proper communication between departments
- Maintain discipline and operational readiness at the front office
- Assist management in operational tasks and reporting

Customer Service & Guest Experience
- Understand guest needs and respond professionally
- Handle complaints and service requests responsibly
- Maintain a positive and welcoming workplace
- Ensure high standards of hospitality and service quality

Administrative & System Work
- Maintain guest records and booking details
- Use Microsoft Excel and basic office tools for reporting
- Record check-ins, check-outs, and reservations properly
- Prepare daily operational and guest reports

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Hospitality management experience preferred
- Experience in resort or hotel reception preferred
