Hairdo NX Salon Lounge is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-friendly Telecaller to manage client communication, appointments, and follow-ups.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls
- Book & manage appointments
- Follow up with clients and promote services
- Maintain client records
Requirements:
- Good communication (English & Malayalam; Hindi preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Customer-focused; experience preferred
