We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Headmistress to lead our Pre-primary school with confidence, care, and strong academic vision. The role involves managing day-to-day school operations, guiding teachers, overseeing curriculum delivery, and maintaining effective communication with parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and administrative leadership
- Supervise and mentor teaching staff

Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Education (ECCE/N.T.T./B.Ed)
- Minimum 3 years of pre-primary teaching experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
