Install, inspect, maintain, and repair elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters, and moving walkways.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and perform corrective actions.
- Conduct routine preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergency breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Test and adjust safety control systems, including brakes, motors, switches, and emergency systems.
- Maintain accurate service records, inspection reports, and maintenance logs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, building managers, and internal teams.
- Order and replace defective parts using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Assist in modernization and upgrade projects for existing elevator systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
