Key Responsibilities and Achievements

1. Social Media Management
- Manage end-to-end operations across Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and YouTube, including content posting, stories & community engagement.
- Optimize social media profiles to maintain a consistent and impactful brand presence.
- Develope performance reports and analytics to track engagement and campaign outcomes.

2. Content Creation & Coordination
- Designed narrative and question frameworks for testimonials and brand storytelling.
- Coordinate with designers, editors, and writers to deliver compelling and on-brand content.
- Draft engaging copy, captions, and creative concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
- Create basic statics & Curate video footages for promotional materials.

3. Workshops, Webinars & Event Coordination
- Oversee the planning and coordination of workshops, webinars, and live training sessions.

Marketing Strategy, Campaigns & Growth
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns
- Conduct research and brainstorming sessions to identify trends and develop campaign strategies.
- Online Reputation Management (ORM) and Marketing Automation workflows.

5. Data Management & Analytics
- Maintain marketing data sheets, trackers and reports.

6. Project & Team Management
- Coordinate project deliverables including creatives, presentations & production materials.
- Streamline team communication and feedbacks to improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in Studio Shoots & Ad Production coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
