We are looking for an experienced qualified with Operational skills to handle our end-to-end bidding process on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. If you know the ins and outs of GeM and can submit error-free bids under tight deadlines, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Bid Management: Own the entire GeM tendering lifecycle—from initial search and identification of relevant bids to final submission and tracking.
- Bid Preparation & Documentation: Prepare, compile, and upload high-quality _Technical & Financial bids_. This includes managing all necessary paperwork to ensure 100% compliance with tender eligibility criteria.
- Pricing & BOQ Handling:Take charge of _BOQ (Bill of Quantities)_ preparation. You will coordinate with the pricing team to ensure our commercial bids are competitive and error-free.
- Execution & Deadlines: Ensure all bids are submitted within strict deadlines. You’ll be responsible for tracking _corrigendum, amendments, and real-time bid status_ to stay ahead of changes.
- Communication & Clarifications:



Act as the primary point of contact for buyers; you will respond to queries, upload necessary technical clarifications, and represent the company professionally on the portal.
- Records & Internal Coordination:Maintain organized digital records of all submitted tenders. You will proactively _coordinate with internal departments_ (Finance, Technical, Sales) to gather the required documentation for a winning bid

What You’ll Need
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience specifically with the _GeM portal_.
- Tech Skills: Expert at preparing technical and commercial bids using MS Excel, Word, and PDF tools.
- Knowledge: A solid grasp of government procurement rules and compliance.
- Soft Skills: Sharp attention to detail, great communication, and a knack for hitting deadlines.
