The Prospect:
We are looking for a driven, well-connected and organized individual representing Arden University in the assigned markets to join our growing team and take our company and platform to the next level

This role is responsible for the day-to-day support of our institution partner driving targeted enrollment growth and enhancing partner satisfaction. You will execute recruitment strategies, assist in conversion initiatives, and act as a liaison between institutions and ApplyBoard’s internal teams.

What you’ll be doing every day:
- Execute Recruitment Strategies: Assist in the implementation of recruitment strategies aimed at helping our partners meet their enrollment goals.- Marketing & Outreach:




- Participate in education fairs; deliver targeted presentations to agents and prospective students.- Conduct a high volume of partner engagement (minimum 5-8 recruitment partner visits daily) and train partners on processes, top schools/programs, and admission requirements- Promote Service Adoption: Encourage partners to adopt premium services and tools that enhance overall satisfaction and results.- Liaison Responsibilities: Serve as a friendly point of contact for institutional stakeholders, promoting clear communication and collaboration with ApplyBoard teams.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to understand partner-specific needs, troubleshoot any issues, and support solutions for operational challenges.- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system, documenting partner activities and performance data regularly.- Relationship Building: Conduct regular check-ins with the institution's international recruitment and admissions team
