Job Title: Sales Coordinator
Location: Nashik, Maharashtra

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team to manage schedules, meetings, and follow-ups
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, and documentation
- Handle order processing, tracking, and delivery coordination
- Act as a point of contact between customers and internal departments
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Monitor sales targets and support the team in achieving them
- Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution
- Collaborate with logistics, finance, and operations teams

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field




- 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software
- Knowledge of sales processes and documentation
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights
