Oversee daily fabrication & machining operations ensuring safety and quality
- Interpret engineering drawings and coordinate with engineering teams
- Monitor production performance and implement improvements
- Train and supervise shop floor staff
- Manage inventory and coordinate with procurement
- Plan schedules and allocate resources efficiently
- Conduct equipment inspections and ensure process quality
- 5-7 years experience in fabrication/machine shop required
- Strong knowledge of machining, quality control, and measuring instruments
- Diploma (Mechanical/Manufacturing) and Lean knowledge preferred
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
