Prepare dispatch plans based on daily and weekly schedules
- Coordinate with stores, production, and quality for ready material
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation of each dispatch
- Generate and verify invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills
- Liaise with transport agencies for timely pickups and delivery
- Track shipments and share dispatch status with internal teams and customers
- Maintain dispatch records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements
