Job title:
Content Designer

To create timely, innovative and creative design materials in response to requests

This comprises requests for adverts, banner designs, designs for the website, icon and logo branding, brochure, e-campaign materials, event materials, infographics, social media posts and designs for promotional materials. These should follow the briefs provided, be on brand and on time to support business objectives and deadlines.

Stakeholders include corporate communications colleagues, the talent acquisition team, colleagues in marketing, the website team, and members of the Executive Team including the Chief Executive Officer.





To create timely cutting-edge and creative powerpoint designs

This often involves working closely with the requesting stakeholder and supporting with evolving powerpoint content. Mostly these stakeholders will come from corporate communications and the Executive Team (including the Chief Executive Officer).

Brand guidance and development

To work with corporate communications colleagues and designers across Capita to evolve the Capita brand whilst safeguarding its distinctiveness and strength.
