Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Meta and Google Ads campaigns, including strategy, budgeting, creatives, implementation, and monitoring
- Optimize campaigns to improve sales, lead generation, and user engagement
- Implement A/B testing, remarketing strategies, and custom audience targeting
- Monitor performance using Meta, Google Ads, and analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
- Write compelling ad copies and collaborate closely with the creative team
- Track performance, generate reports, and share actionable insights with accurate attribution
- Identify and experiment with new growth opportunities and performance marketing optimizations

What Makes You a Great Fit
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Strong understanding of online advertising and lead generation
- Working knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals
