We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Resident Dental Doctor to join our team. The role involves providing high-quality dental care, assisting in clinical procedures, and ensuring a smooth patient experience in a fast-paced dental practice.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Diagnose and treat common dental conditions, including caries, gum diseases, and oral infections
- Perform basic dental procedures such as restorations, scaling, extractions, and root canal assistance
- Assist senior doctors in advanced procedures including implants, orthodontics, and cosmetic treatments
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans
- Ensure strict adherence to sterilisation and infection control protocols
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care
- Manage patient flow and ensure a positive clinical experience
*Requirements:*
- BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) from a recognised institution
- Valid Dental Council registration
- 0-3 years of clinical experience (freshers can apply)
- Good communication and patient-handling skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a clinical environment
*Work Schedule:*
- Total of 36 hours per week (flexible shifts may be required)
