Deliver creative software solutions across design, development, and technical
troubleshooting, applying non-routine approaches to solve complex engineering
problems
Identify and drive automation or permanent fixes for recurring issues to




improve the operational stability of applications and systems
Lead technical evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and
internal teams to assess architectural designs, technical credentials, and
fit within the existing technology landscape
Lead software engineering communities of practice to increase awareness and

Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional
