Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide career guidance and counselling to students from middle and secondary grades
- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student interests, strengths, and career goals
- Organize career awareness programs, workshops, and orientation sessions for students and parents
- Maintain student counselling records and prepare reports
- Coordinate with teachers and management to support student development
- Arrange career fairs, guest lectures, and industry interaction programs

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education, or related field
- 5-10 years of experience as a Career Counsellor in a school
- Robust knowledge of academic streams, career options, and university admission processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with students, parents, and staff
- Certification in career counselling is an added advantage

Salary: As per experience and qualifications

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
